This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our procedures in accordance with UK consumer law.
1. 14-Day Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund.
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographs and a description of the issue.
If the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return postage costs.
3. Non-Returnable Items

- Items showing signs of use
- Products not returned in original condition
4. Exchanges
